This home was another addition to the Northeast Neighborhood of South Bend, near the University of Notre Dame. Taking its cues from the Prairie School, it features deep eave overhangs, traditional window proportions and trim, a stucco exterior, and a brick base. Within this traditional envelope is a spacious, modern floorplan delivering all of the features the owner desired.
