This project is a historic remodeling and rehabilitation of the The Former Studebaker Clubhouse, presently the Nature Center for the Bendix Woods County Park. The scope of work included copper gutter and slate roof repair, chimney tuck pointing, ADA accessibility upgrades and interior main level rehabilitation (finishes, lighting, etc.)
