The building features a large two-story lobby space, a retail shop for scouting equipment, a conference/training room with full multimedia capability, and a large office wing which supports the day-to-day operation of the organization. Adjacent to this site is Frederickson Park, which was designed as a passive park with trails, a pond, native prairie grasses and wild flowers all developed over a recently reclaimed dump site.
