After a devastating fire, C.E. Lee decided to rebuild a new retail facility on their existing site on Ironwood near SR 23. This family-owned and managed interior design center is in its 4th generation dating back 140 years. The two-story building is constructed of concrete block construction with exposed steel joists and decking. The rear area houses receiving, mixing, and material storage. The second floor houses offices and surplus storage.
