This rehabilitation of the 1889 Clugston Hotel in Columbia City, Indiana, converts the building into twenty-two apartment units. The building is located on the Courthouse Square and has received historic grant funding through the Hometown Program and the Historic Landmarks Foundation of Indiana. This 16,400 SF project includes accessibility upgrades in the existing building as well as a 4,000 SF addition.
