Completed in December of 1998, Kil Architecture / Planning prepared the Architectural Design + Historic Rehabilitation and Remodeling for the former 1922 Elkhart Hotel. This nine story building, now called The Cornerstone was a 2.4 million-dollar project which involved masonry rehabilitation, commercial retail, office, apartment remodeling and accessibility improvements.
