This historic preservation project involves the masonry rehabilitation of this impressive 1910 Arts and Crafts building. The scope of work entails brick and limestone tuckpointing and repair, exterior fascia, soffit, window, and door improvements which will involve painting and re-glazing. Deteriorated concrete steps will be replaced. This building is included on the National Register of Historic Places.
