The Kemble Street Apartments occupy what was originally the 1924 Toth State Bank. The building contains four two-story apartment units, each of which has two or three bedrooms, one and one-half baths, living room, dining room, and a full kitchen. The exterior was also rehabilitated, restoring the presence this historic structure originally brought to its corner of the neighborhood.
