This renovation was completed in 2004 fir the South Bend Department of Parks and Recreation. The scope of improvements included a wide range of upgrades including a new computer center, library, commercial kitchen and senior's center, conference room remodeling, locker room upgrades, weight room expansion and office remodeling.
