The Mid-States Auto Auction project consisted of an addition and renovation to an existing 9,600 S.F. structure which housed the offices and automobile auction facilities. The project provides over 12,000 S.F. additional space for six new auction bays, auto detailing bays, and other support functions. A new entry with a curved canopy was also designed in order to provide a more well-defined entrance for the building.
