The Old Republic Building is a historical preservation of the 1860 Jeremiah Service Residence, located in New Carlisle, Indiana. The building rehabilitation is a mixed use development of offices for Historic New Carlisle, Inc. and Literacy Council, with a Bed and Breakfast proposed for the second floor. The building’s main level will be available for rental use for small group receptions.
