This project entailed the study of the existing site of the Oliver School. Prior to its recent demolition, the school was abandoned for more than ten years and was structurally failing. Kil Architecture / Planning was hired by the City of South Bend to study and explore the options for the future development of the site. The schemes below studied several different configurations of potential residential and mixed-use development.
