Currently under construction, this new townhouse development is part of the City of Mishawaka's Riverwalk redevelopment project. The buiding's traditional exterior takes many of its design cues from the numerous early 20th Century buildings on Mishawaka Avenue, acknowledging its place as part of the city. It is connected to Buetter Park on the south side of the river, via the new foot-bridge, completed in the Fall of 2008.
