This project provided over 7,500 square feet of new space for the fitness center located in the South Bend Department of Parks and Rec's O'Brien Recreation Center. It utilizes a pre-engineered steel frame to maximize the usable clear floor space and ceiling height. The exterior of the addition matches the material and detailing of the existing building where possible.
