Kil Architecture and Planning was asked by the Department of Parks and Recreation to renovate and expand an existing industrial building site for their use as a multi-purpose maintenance and storage facility. The addition houses a carpentry shop, a paint shop and wash bay along with a building material storage room. Remodeling work within the existing building included new office/staff space and several additional workshops. (PDF copy)
