Recreation Center & Parks Administration Building

The O’Brien Recreation Center & S.B. Parks Administration Building project entailed the renovation of an elementary school building into administrative offices and a recreation center for the South Bend Parks Department. The administration portion of the renovation includes an entry lobby, offices, board room, library and staff lounge. Spaces renovated for the rec center include a computer lab, kitchen, pre-school room, multi-purpose/senior’s room, and weight/exercise room.
