St Adalbert’s Study

The addition to St. Adalbert School aims to create a better, more effective entry to the existing west side of the facility while still maintaining design integrity of the original building. This addition creates new offices, restrooms, an elevator, computer labs, and a teacher’s lounge, allowing the rooms in the existing building serving those uses to be re-purposed. The new offices provide a more formal entry into the building with the added benefit of controlling access to the rest of the building. Additionally, Kil Architecture and Planning oversaw the installation of a handicap accessible restroom on an upper floor of the project next to the existing library.
