Kil Architecture’s role in this residential renovation focused on exterior improvements with minor interior adjustments. The limited scope of this remodel included a variety of exterior improvements including a new porch and vestibule, garden wall and fence systems, and finish updates. Our team worked diligently to deliver a harmonious design combining Midwestern Prairie Style elements with a West Coast typology familiar to the owner.

Focusing on interaction with the golf course and patron amenities, Kil Architecture worked closely with Tonn and Blank Construction, the design-build lead, to deliver a thoughtful design. Updated finishes, additional bar and kitchen spaces, new golf simulators and flex rooms, accessibility upgrades, and a revitalized outdoor terrace comprised most of the work for this project.
