In order to bring your vision to life, we must first understand your design goals and priorities. We do this through in-depth conversations. From conception to construction, we listen to understand and work diligently to ensure that we deliver the building of your dreams.

INITIAL CONSULTATION
BEGINNING OF THE PROJECT
The initial consultation is where project goals and priorities are established. Using the information gathered during this meeting, we develop a proposal to move through the design process, including a duration schedule. We begin our design work once this plan is approved.
CONTINUED CONVERSATION
PERIODIC MEETINGS
Communication is key to a successful project. Throughout the design process, we keep you informed and involved through targeted conversations and regular updates on progress.
Teamwork is the key to unlocking the full potential of a design. Translating ideas into tangible, buildable designs requires heavy collaboration between the client and designers.
SCHEMATIC DESIGN
DEVELOPING THE CONCEPT
After the initial consultation, our team gets to work developing the concept for your project. Using a combination of 3D modeling and hand sketching, we create a basic set of drawings and graphics to communicate the conceptual design.
COLLABORATE
DESIGN DEVELOPMENT
REFINING THE CONCEPT
Once you approve the concept, we begin refining the design. This phase typically involves several rounds of revisions at a higher level than presented during Schematic Design.
CONSTRUCTION DRAWINGS
POLISHING THE DESIGN
During this phase, we develop the finer details of your building, including final color and material selections. Produced with the highest level of detail, the resulting drawing set is ready to be sent for approval.
This is where your vision becomes tangible. We work with contractors and various governing authorities to guide your project to completion.
PERMITTING
FORMAL APPROVAL
Before construction can begin, the design needs approval by relevant governing boards. The Construction Drawing set is submitted for approval and we further refine our drawings into a Construction Set which is sent to the job site for construction.
REALIZE
CONSTRUCTION PHASE
BUILDING THE DESIGN
During the building process, we work with the construction team to make sure things run smoothly, but we know challenges are likely inevitable. We review technical submittals and make periodic site visits to monitor progress.
PROJECT CLOSEOUT
THE FINAL STEP
Once construction is complete, our team performs one last walk-through of the project to ensure everything has been built and installed properly.
3D modeling is an integral part of our design process. During the early phases of a project, these models contain just enough detail to allow for relevant conversation of key features. In later phases, we add detail to more accurately portray what your project will look like once constructed. These images are often included in the project's various marketing and fundraising campaigns.

VIEWING THE PROJECT PRE-CONSTRUCTION
Often serving as a detailed preview of a finished project, rendered images help to convey the 'feel' of a project or space. Lighting effects, real-world materials, and interior staging work together to create photorealistic views showing the project's atmosphere and finished potential.
INTERACTIVE IMAGES
EXPLORING THE PROJECT PRE-CONSTRUCTION
For those extra special spaces and key spaces in a building, interactive images can be a good alternative to basic renderings. Offering a level of immersion beyond two dimensions, these 360° views and rendered videos allow the viewer to experience the project from a dynamic perspective.

SELLING THE VISION
Through various combinations of Photorealistic Images, Interactive Images, and Marketing Plans, our team custom builds an illustration package to fit the project's marketing strategy. Graphics generated for this package are ready for print and digital marketing implementation.
