Situated near the University of Notre Dame, this mixed-use development consists of commercial spaces, high-end apartments, and condominiums spread across two buildings. Our team developed the designs with mindfulness of local architectural styles and pedestrians along a high-traffic road. By infilling a previously vacant corner lot, the project seeks to engage with and enhance the street.

Focusing on interaction with the golf course and patron amenities, Kil Architecture worked closely with Tonn and Blank Construction, the design-build lead, to deliver a thoughtful design. Updated finishes, additional bar and kitchen spaces, new golf simulators and flex rooms, accessibility upgrades, and a revitalized outdoor terrace comprised most of the work for this project.
