Kil Architecture has collaborated with the Ruthmere Foundation over the years to restore, rehabilitate, and convert several of the Foundation’s properties. These projects included the restoration of the historic Ruthmere Mansion, rehabilitation of the historic Havilah Beardsley House, along with the restoration and conversion of the adjacent historic carriage house after a fire.

Focusing on interaction with the golf course and patron amenities, Kil Architecture worked closely with Tonn and Blank Construction, the design-build lead, to deliver a thoughtful design. Updated finishes, additional bar and kitchen spaces, new golf simulators and flex rooms, accessibility upgrades, and a revitalized outdoor terrace comprised most of the work for this project.
