DETAILS
Originally built in 1888, this building served as the dispensary for the old Remedy Company until it went out of business in the 1920’s. The now renovated and relocated building houses a second floor apartment with commercial space below. The exterior masonry, windows, and roof have been restored to their original condition.

Focusing on interaction with the golf course and patron amenities, Kil Architecture worked closely with Tonn and Blank Construction, the design-build lead, to deliver a thoughtful design. Updated finishes, additional bar and kitchen spaces, new golf simulators and flex rooms, accessibility upgrades, and a revitalized outdoor terrace comprised most of the work for this project.
