Since 2018, Kil Architecture has collaborated with various business owners and the City of South Bend’s Business Development Department as part of the Vibrant Places (formerly Neighborhood Corridor) Matching Grant. This program aims to revitalize South Bend and its local businesses through reimbursement for various categories of exterior improvements.

Focusing on interaction with the golf course and patron amenities, Kil Architecture worked closely with Tonn and Blank Construction, the design-build lead, to deliver a thoughtful design. Updated finishes, additional bar and kitchen spaces, new golf simulators and flex rooms, accessibility upgrades, and a revitalized outdoor terrace comprised most of the work for this project.
